In functie de tipul solicitarii, mesajul tau va fi redirectionat automat catre echipa in masura sa iti ofere solutia optima. Astfel vei primi mai repede un raspuns, in termen de 48 de ore.
In plus, fie ca esti abonat sau utilizator de Cartela Vodafone, nu uita ca poti sa iti administrezi mult mai usor contul prin MyVodafone. Intra pe www.vodafone.ro/myvodafone si acceseaza-ti contul personal sau creeaza-ti un cont daca nu ai inca!
